The North East Academy for Chief Executives, Directors Forum speaker in September was Christine Marsh who facilitated an excellent group interactive workshop on “Unblocking the Pipework“.

The experiential learning workshop examined many areas of where communication breaks down and caused blockages and techniques for avoiding and resolving them. Christine delivered many examples and case studies centred around empowerment and motivation techniques using excellent hand outs and practical models.
